Time & Attendance capture via time clocks can be downloaded from any location within your network or via the Internet. Multiple clocks can be used and downloaded for a payroll run.

All clocks are setup via the local network or Internet as well as directly via SmartPayroll.
The clocks can be activated for new employees immediately with an assigned access code or SmartCard. Access can also be de-activated or deleted on all clock at the same time.
This feature is especially important if the clocks are used in combination with electric door strike locks.

Access control ensures your security with fingerprinting recognition, SmartCard use or password protection, only allowing authorized personnel access to premises with documentation on access use.

The PIN only model also supports an optional built-in CMOS camera that can take snapshots of accepted or rejected attempts and store up to 100 images directly in the Bio-Clock for viewing via the Web Kiosk interface.

In addition, the PIN only model can connect an external barcode scanner which is capable to read the barcode card.
