The 'Smart Payroll Award Interpreter' is a complete payroll system with the option of integrating electronic time recording terminals - 'smart card technology'.
· Setup for various companies, departments and cost centers.
· Payment cycle: weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly.
· Roster templates- used to create time sheets.
· Send staff roster to employees via email (roster changes can be easily managed).
· Roster times and recorded times (via time clock) are compared and processed.
· Roster changes such as personal leave, will be detected for manual data verification.
· Detailed records for Holiday (RDO, personal leave and long service leave) are available.
· Unlimited award setups – each employee can be paid under individual awards, especially useful for work place agreements.
